Born in Italy. Perfected with dedication. This is the story behind every plate.

Italy to Luxembourg
Loris Amista grew up in Italy surrounded by the kind of pasta that ruins you for anything else. When he moved to Luxembourg, he went looking for that same plate. He could not find it. So he decided to make it himself.

The first plate
It began with a converted Apecar and a stubborn belief that authentic Italian pasta could be served fast without cutting corners. The first plates went out, and people kept coming back. Not for the novelty. For the taste.
“People kept coming back. Not for the novelty. For the taste.”

2.5 years of perfecting one thing
"I spent two and a half years working only on the ingredients." Not the branding. Not the business plan. The ingredients. Loris tested hundreds of combinations until every recipe tasted exactly like the plates he grew up eating in Italy.
“I spent two and a half years working only on the ingredients.”

From Italy, with intention
We searched all over Italy for the right people to make our pasta. Not factories. Families. Mid-size artisanal producers who care about their craft as much as we care about ours. 100% of our ingredients come directly from these Italian partners.
“Not factories. Families.”

What started from an Apecar now serves over 600,000 plates and counting. A 4.8-star rating. Locations across Luxembourg. And the same dedication to getting every plate right that started this whole journey.

The vision has always been simple: bring authentic Italian pasta to more people, in more places, without ever compromising on what makes it real. Every new location is another table set. Every plate is an invitation.
“Every plate is an invitation.”
